Friend Request Upgrade: Glow

THIS UPGRADE CAN ONLY BE USED FOR SURPRISE TYPE POURS, NOT NAMED COLORS*

The purpose of this upgrade is to guarantee that a Friend Request toy in your order will glow in the dark. This upgrade applies to 1 toy, so if you have more than 1 toy you'd like to upgrade you will need to purchase it multiple times. If you have more toys in your order than Upgrades please send us an email to let us know which toys you want the upgrade applied to.

Purchasing this upgrade will ensure that the toy you apply the upgrade to will glow in the dark. This is not referring to UV reaction, in which a color fluoresces under a UV light. A glow-in-the-dark toy will glow once all lights are out. It can be charged by a UV light and will often fluoresce, but it's not the specific effect this upgrade refers to.

Purchasing this upgrade will ensure your toy has at least 1 glow color. You cannot indicate which color you want to glow or what color glow you want to be chosen, that's up to the artist. We no longer offer the option to apply glow to a named color (like Regal Emerald or Strawberry Cream), only Surprise type pours (ex: red surprise, pastel surprise, dark surprise, green surprise, etc.) We were having too many issues making sure the glow powder didn't change the color so much that it no longer matched the color description.

Please note: because glow pigments are heavy and will sometimes shed out of super soft (0020) silicone if too much is used, we tend to go a little light on glow powder for super soft (0020) toys. They may not be as bright as toys made with soft (0030) or medium (0050) silicone.
